Manages rebooking and visits for reservation cancellations and no-shows.
This is the main page of Recall Management.
Search Filter
Selected when searching for customers who have canceled appointment based on the cancellation date.
Based on the reservation date
Select when checking for reservation cancellations (no-show).
Use when more detailed filtering is needed: recall status, customer segmentation, reservation registrant, (reservation) clinic filter available.
Select the dropdown list of detailed filters to use.
Enter the criteria period to search.
You can also quickly enter a short period using the Today, Yesterday, Last Week buttons.
When you click the search button
The list of customers subject to recall will be displayed.
Try calling or messaging
these customers to encourage them to visit.
