Detail Mode

  1. Detail Mode OFF: Detailed information is not displayed.

  1. Detail Mode ON: Detailed information is displayed.

Reservation / Customer

  • Reservation: A shortcut key that allows you to make a reservation directly from this page. Refer to Section 1.3 Reservation Management Window – Making a Reservation for detailed instructions.

  • Customer: A shortcut key that opens the customer registration window to register a new customer directly from this page. After registering a new customer, refer to 1.3 Reservation Management Window – Making a Reservation to proceed with a reservation.

Consultation Room Selection

  • Displays the consultation room names saved in Settings.

  • Used when searching by consultation room. Select a room, then click search to view customers associated with that room.

Select the desired search type and enter a keyword.

Partial keyword input is also supported.

Example: If the customer number is 20250926104215251494, entering only 20250926 will return all customers whose number contains that sequence.

Top Right Area

  • Status Values: Displays the number of customers for each status value, allowing for quick overview.

  • Calendar: Click to open the calendar. When you select a date, the customers for that date will be displayed, along with their status values.

Discharge / Canceled / No-show

  • Discharge: After a customer’s consultation is completed and marked as discharged in the program, the customer will move to the discharge list as shown below. (To mark as discharged: Right-click → Select “Discharge”)

  • Canceled / No-show: If a customer’s reservation status is Canceled or No-show, they will automatically move to the Canceled / No-show list as shown below.
