Right-click Menu
When you right-click on a customer, the following options are available:
Visit : Indicates that the customer has arrived at the clinic. You can select one of the following statuses: Waiting for Treatment / In Treatment / Treatment Completed / In Counseling
Treatment : Indicates that the customer has arrived for a consultation or treatment.
Cancel: Marks the reservation as canceled.
Discharge: Indicates that the customer has left the clinic after the consultation.
No-show: Indicates that the customer did not visit despite having a reservation.
Cancel Check-in: Cancels the check-in status, reverting it back to Reservation.
Delete Reservation: Deletes the customer’s reservation record.
