Drag

Function: Allows you to easily change a customer’s status by dragging. (Excludes “Discharge” and “Canceled/No-show” statuses.)

Right-click Menu

When you right-click on a customer, the following options are available:

  • Visit : Indicates that the customer has arrived at the clinic. You can select one of the following statuses: Waiting for Treatment / In Treatment / Treatment Completed / In Counseling

  • Treatment : Indicates that the customer has arrived for a consultation or treatment.

  • Cancel: Marks the reservation as canceled.

  • Discharge: Indicates that the customer has left the clinic after the consultation.

  • No-show: Indicates that the customer did not visit despite having a reservation.

  • Cancel Check-in: Cancels the check-in status, reverting it back to Reservation.

  • Delete Reservation: Deletes the customer’s reservation record.
