Usage Steps for Customer Online Reservation

Steps for Using the Online Reservation Page (Customer)

  1. Access the Online Reservation Page.

  2. Select the desired Clinic and Appointment Date.

  3. Enter your Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Phone Number.

  4. Choose the required Inspection Items or Services.

  5. Add any Notes if necessary.

  6. Click Submit to complete the reservation request.

  7. A confirmation message will appear once the reservation request has been successfully submitted.

(1) Referring Hospital List Setting

  • CRM > Settings Management > Category > Customer Management > Company Management

  • Online reservation provider list shows the registered company names.

(2) Appointment Time List

  • CRM > Settings Management > Closed > Business Hours

  • Online reservation time slots follow the hospital business hours set in the CRM
