5.2. (CRM) Online Reservation Management
You can check and manage the list of all online reservation proposals and check the progress.
Online Reservation Management allows you to manage online reservations as follows:
Confirm Reservation Approved reservations are confirmed with the Appointment Date, and customer information such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Phone, and Clinic is automatically registered in the CRM.
Pending Reservations that require additional review or do not meet certain conditions can be set to Pending for further handling.
Delete Reservations that are canceled or unnecessary can be deleted.
With these functions, you can systematically manage Reservation Information and provide efficient customer service.
