5.2. (CRM) Online Reservation Management

You can check and manage the list of all online reservation proposals and check the progress.

Online Reservation Management allows you to manage online reservations as follows:

  • Confirm Reservation Approved reservations are confirmed with the Appointment Date, and customer information such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Phone, and Clinic is automatically registered in the CRM.

  • Pending Reservations that require additional review or do not meet certain conditions can be set to Pending for further handling.

  • Delete Reservations that are canceled or unnecessary can be deleted.

With these functions, you can systematically manage Reservation Information and provide efficient customer service.
