5.2.3. Deleting Online Reservation

Reservations that are no longer valid may be permanently removed by selecting the Delete option.

Steps for Deleting an Online Reservation

  1. Navigate to Recall Management > Appt. Management.

  2. Select the customer from the list.

  3. Review the Reservation Information.

  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

  6. The reservation will be permanently removed from the system.
