5.2.2. Pending Online Reservation

Reservations that require additional confirmation or conditions may be placed in Pending status until further action is taken.

Steps for Putting an Online Reservation On Hold

  1. Navigate to Recall Management > Appt. Management.

  2. Select the customer from the list.

  3. Review the Reservation Information and select Pending as the status.

  4. Click Save to apply the hold.

  5. The reservation will remain in Pending status until further action is taken.
