5.2.1. Confirmation of online reservation

Confirmation of Online Reservation Online reservations can be easily registered in the CRM with both customer information and reservation details. Afterwards, the reservation must be confirmed through the Online Reservation page. This process ensures that the reservation is reflected in the actual schedule.

Steps for Online Reservation Confirmation

  1. Navigate to Recall Management > Appt. Management.

  2. Select the customer from the list.

  3. Click Save to register the customer.

  4. Click Appt. Reg to register the reservation.

  5. Enter the required Reservation Information and click Save.

  6. Change the status to Completed and click Save to confirm the online reservation.
