3.10. Reponse Information
This is a page where you can save a response memo (recall memo) for calls with customers
and check it with a list.

Resgiter the Reponse Information
Press the "+" button to enter response information.

Please select the type of response information.

When you click recall, the recall date setting box is activated.

Select the call type. ( In call / Out call)

Set the inflow path and select a matching list.

Enter addditional notes in Response Note.

How to edit Response Information
Click the pencil icon if you want a modification.

When the selected response information is unfolded, you can correct the information.
Cancel / Delete
Cancel : If you click "Cancel", the information you modified are cenceled and go back to before the modifications.
Delete : If you click it, the list will be deleted.
