3.5. Consultation
Save and manage consultation details.
Specify the medical services provided during the consultation with the customer, and enter notes and estimates.
Payment will be made based on the entered estimate.
Register new consultation
Click the + button to register new consultation
Select all the consultation services you have received and save.
Select or search from the list to choose a medical service.
Check the quantity.
If there are any changes in the estimate, please update it. (Discounts can be applied at the time of payment.)
Write down the contents of the consultation and any special notes in the consultation memo box.
Please select the employee who conducted the consultation with the counselor. It will be reflected in the statistics later.
Please fill in all other required information.
When you press the save button, the consultation information will be saved.
