3.9. Mileage / Prepaid
This is a page that manages your customers' mileage and advance payments. You can manually register your mileage and transfer the advance payment to other customers.

Prepayment refers to the amount of money paid in advance by a customer. Therefore, we proceed with the prepayment on the payment page.

Select the prepayment list here.


Click on the blank next to the card to enter the amount automatically.

Proceed with the payment.

Mileage
After completion, go to the Mileage/Payment channel, and the prepayment paid will appear as a list.

You can access detailed credit information with transaction history.

Mileage is an internal hospital benefit provided by paying more than a certain amount.
If you want to add mileage, please press "+".

Please enter the mileage offer amount and the reason for the offer.

Prepaid
You can send a text message to the customer informing them of the remaining amount, etc.

You can confirm that the text content for the prepayment balance has been automatically entered.

Click "send" to send a text message to the customer.

Click "+" to transfer the advance payment to another customer.

Search for the name of the customer you want to transfer.
Find a matching customer and click the arrow to automatically enter your name in the prepaid transfer window on the right.

Please enter the amount of advance payment to be transferred.

Enter the reason for the transfer as well. (optional)
